Regarding your labia, the answer to both of your questions is a delicious "Yes!" The plastic surgeons even have a name for it! They refer to the procedure as Labiaplasty.

Let’s talk physiology for a few minutes. A woman normally has two sets of vaginal lips. Her Labia Minora are the more fleshy lips that are easily visible when she is naked (plastic surgeons can enlarge or reduce these too). A woman’s Labia Minora are the thinner more stretchy flesh that reside inside her Labia Majora.

The plastic surgeons CAN reduce, or remove, your Labia Minora if you wish.

I suppose it is worthwhile to discuss what our Labia Minora actually do for us. These sensitive little membranes are imbued with a great number of nerve endings, and that makes us more highly sensitive to the movement of a penis (or other object) moving in and out of our vagina. It also makes us better able to enjoy oral sex.

So there are some potential tradeoffs to having them removed.

You can do a search for "Labia Reduction" on the internet to possibly locate a doctor that is near you. I highly recommend that you spend substantial time talking to the doctor before you make up your mind.

That said, I will share with you that I (and one of my lovers) have had my Labia Minora removed! And I will tell you that I am VERY happy with the results. My pubic region is highly sensitive anyway, so the lessening of sensitivity there has made little if any difference to MY enjoyment of sex.

I decided to do it to improve my appearance, frankly. My inner labia seemed to me to be a blemish to what was an otherwise pretty area of my body. My pubis is now smooth no matter how aroused I am.

What I did not find, however, was information regarding the national average of men at full erection, so if you could send me that statistic I would be very grateful. Well, Mr. B, there are at least two components of male endowment size. There is both length and girth.

Length is not often a real turn-on to women

But girth? Now that is where the real action is!

If you combine girth and length, you arrive at a man’s VOLUME. The greater a man’s volume, the more easily a woman cums with him. That is because a thick penis touches us where a thin one does not.

Admittedly a long thick penis is easiest to cum on. But the very endowments we talk about are also present in a woman’s vagina.

Some women are able to accept a longer penis than others.

But you asked about averages.

Let me give you what I consider the most reliable statistics on both girth and length.

Average penis length, world wide: between 6.3 inches and 6.75 inches. Measure your length by pressing your abdomen to the pubic bone behind the base of your fully erect penis, then stretch around the curve (if any) of your cock to the tip.

Average girth worldwide: about 5 inches. Girth is best measured by getting as hard as you can, and then taking a string and circling your thickest part, then laying the string along a ruler to measure girth.

It is interesting to note that a man with a 4 inch long penis that is five inches in girth comes in at 50.3% of average volume. A man with a 6.25 inch long penis that is 4.75 inches in girth is also very close to average at 51.1%.
